The Manager, HR Operations will partner closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead, coordinate and execute the planning and implementation of various strategic programs and initiatives for the HR organization. They will interface with HR and business leaders at all levels and become a true advisor and business partner while driving the HR strategic vision and project execution forward.

The successful candidate will know what leading class HR looks like and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. They will have breadth and depth across a wide range of HR and Human Capital capabilities including change management, organization development, talent, learning & development, and HR Generalist/Business Partnering skills so that they can most effectively take on special project work that supports the HR agenda. In addition, they will have exceptional project management skills, understand and apply HR and business analytics, and will be able to derive insights that enable impact across the HR function.


What you'll do:
• Act as an advisor to the CHRO and HR Leadership Team on ongoing transformation efforts
• Establish and lead operating processes and tools to support the HR function, including actively tracking key trends and metrics
• Coordinate the planning and execution of HR Strategic projects; monitor the progress against deadlines and milestones
• Take on/execute key HR projects and manage and influence key HR and business stakeholders
• Manage the process for defining and prioritizing strategic initiatives, including the identification of emerging initiatives
• Distribute, assign and ensure completion of workstream responsibilities
• Monitor risks, actions, decisions and support workstreams in driving tasks to completion
• Think creatively and proactively to develop, execute and implement plans on time and within budget
• Review and understand HR and business analytics, derive insights and turn them into action and measure progress


What you'll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field; advanced degree a plus
• 10 years of experience across HR project management, HR Business Partnering or transformational change management
• HR experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical/CDMO)
• Prior experience with a distributed and global workforce and exposure to best-in-class HR from other organizations of similar size and stage of transformation
• Prior experience leading, coordinating, and executing large-scale projects
• Previous experience as an HR business partner or generalist, or in an HR COE role
• Ability to multitask and juggle various projects at the same time
• Strong MS Excel skills with ability to interpret data and build the HR story to support the organization’s value creation and building high performing teams
• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels
• Demonstrated problem solving, project management and consulting skills; prior management consulting experience is a plus
• Strong business acumen, capable of connecting data and business goals to people management practices
• Superior analytical skills; deadline-driven, highly organized and able to simultaneously move multiple priorities forward
