As a Manager - HR & ER, you will help drive our goals by:
- Lead the local implementation of people change initiatives (e.g. organisational design changes, performance frameworks, engagement programmes).
- Partner with managers to ensure change plans are understood, cascaded, and embedded.
- Manage complex ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, capability).
- Provide structured advice to managers on policy interpretation and application.
- Escalate highrisk or precedentsetting cases to Regional/Country Advisory Lead.
- Ensure case handling and change delivery are consistent, compliant, and welldocumented.
- Act as the bridge between enterprise frameworks and local execution, ensuring joinedup delivery with Business Partners, COEs, and People Operations.
- Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR practices
- Experience in HR advisory or employee relations role
- Demonstrated experience in implementing organisational change at local level
- Case management experience and experience in a global, matrixed organisation
- Clear communicator, able to simplify complexity and reinforce change messages
