o9 Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be critical in ensuring HR adds value to the overall business, providing HR solutions, resolving employee issues, and retaining a talented workforce. You will also serve as a main point of contact for management and employees globally for specific business functions

Role Overview

The Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives. This role drives organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership capability, and culture across assigned global business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams.
  • Translate business strategy into comprehensive workforce and talent plans.
  • Lead and drive enterprise-level HR initiatives aligned to business strategy, including organizational transformation, workforce planning, process optimization, and large-scale change programs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing proactive HR counsel on business decisions, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and risk mitigation.
  • Own and strengthen leadership partnerships, fostering a high-performance culture that enhances engagement, productivity, and long-term retention across business units.
  • Build executive credibility and influence, driving accountability in performance management, leadership capability, and talent outcomes.
  • Lead executive-level meetings, business reviews, and organizational workshops, delivering insights and recommendations that influence strategic direction.
  • Lead organizational design efforts, providing strategic recommendations on restructuring, leadership pipelines, and future workforce capabilities.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to align people’s strategy with financial performance, competitive positioning, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement scalable global policies, frameworks, and talent programs.
  • Leverage advanced HR analytics, AI, automation of HR processes and workforce insights to shape data-driven business decisions and anticipate organizational risks.
  • Oversee complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair resolution while mitigating legal and reputational risk; lead sensitive investigations when required.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employment law, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and advising leadership on regulatory implications.
Experience
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years in an HRBP role supporting senior business leaders.
  • Experience in high-growth, global, or technology-driven organizations preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or Master’s in HR / Organizational Psychology preferred.
