Play a key role in shaping the employee experience and helping leaders build high-performing teams within Stryker's Peripheral Vascular manufacturing business, formerly Inari. In this role, you will partner with manufacturing and business leaders to execute people strategies that support operational and business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness during an exciting period of growth and innovation. You will serve as a trusted HR advisor, leveraging data, business insights, and HR expertise to develop solutions that support talent growth, retention, workforce planning, and change initiatives across a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Partner with managers to execute HR strategies that support business goals, employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce issues, and policy application to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices
Implement change management initiatives and support adoption of organizational changes across assigned business areas
Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support business priorities and HR strategy
Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to address talent, compensation, recruiting, and organizational development needs
Facilitate resolution of employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and escalated stakeholder issues
Support and deliver programs focused on employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational performance
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions aligned with global HR best practices
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 6+ years of experience
Minimum 8 years of professional work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of increasingly responsible human resources experience and previous demonstrated HR expertise at manager or HRBP level
Work Flexibility: Onsite — This role is based onsite and requires in-person attendance 5 days per week, with approximately 10% travel required.
