Summary
The Manager, HR and People Strategy, will play a critical role in shaping and executing our human resources and people strategy portfolio. This position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals, and driving organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, project management, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Be a key member of the Global HR and People Strategy team to support the development, co-ordination and implementation of HR People strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of an agreed portfolio of HR projects and initiatives within the people strategy portfolio.
- Collaborate with Head of Global HR and People Strategy and his/her team to identify and prioritize HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and growth.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the management of multiple HR projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- People Strategy Development:
- Support the Global HR Leadership Team Project Team members to develop and implement our HR and People strategies that enhances organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, retention, and development as we continue our journey to be a global organization.
- Analyze workforce trends and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR Leaders, Project Leaders and Project Teams.
- Partner with the Change and Communications Team to enable the effective communication of HR initiatives and project updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR and people strategy matters.
- Change Management:
- Partner with the Global Change Management Lead(s) to ensure successful adoption of HR initiatives and programs.
- Enable the development and co-ordination of communication and training plans to support change initiatives.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR People Strategy initiatives and projects.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, outcomes, and impact to the Global HR Leadership Team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the HR and People Strategy Portfolio of initiatives based on data and feedback.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Master's Degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic planning and project management. - Proven experience in leading and managing complex HR projects and initiatives. - Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive organizational effectiveness
Travel
Ability to travel up to 10%. Occasional travel for company meetings and domestic/international trips.
