Additionally, the Hospitality Sales Manager manages restaurant group event planning from initial inquiry through execution, including site inspections, menu development, and coordination with restaurant leadership. The role is responsible for preparing accurate Banquet Event Orders, supporting event reconciliation, and completing basic accounting tasks within established timelines.
 

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage guest inquiries related to group lodging, food and beverage (F&B), and event accommodations across Caesars Entertainment properties.
  • Plan and organize group bookings, including restaurant events, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless execution from inquiry through post-event reconciliation.
  • Develop and present customized event proposals, including menus, entertainment, and décor, while driving upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and enter data into systems such as Salesforce, GuestCenter, and Tripleseat.
  • Collaborate with internal partners—including hotel operations, restaurant managers, chefs, and sommeliers—to fulfill guest requirements and special requests.
  • Conduct site tours, tastings, and pre-event meetings to support successful event planning.
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with guests, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within 24–48 hours.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by proactively engaging repeat guests to drive incremental bookings.
  • Stay informed on property offerings, including hotels, restaurants, entertainment, and amenities, to provide expert recommendations.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and complete additional assignments as directed by leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, food and beverage, or restaurant sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, GuestCenter, Tripleseat, or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Prior professional cleaning experience preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and sit for extended periods as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment, including computers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to navigate throughout office and property locations.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and auditory cues.
  • Comfortable working in environments where exposure to secondhand smoke may occur.
