Maintain and reconcile HRIS (Oracle/HCM) data for multiple entities, ensure union/non-union data accuracy, monitor licensing and compliance, run audits and reports, support system changes/upgrades, train property HR teams, and act as subject matter expert for HR transactions and data integrity.

Remove laundry and trash, restock carts and storerooms, transport laundry, report facility issues, document duties, greet guests, and maintain cleanliness and safety across assigned areas during long shifts.

Supervise ticketing, box office, and ushering staff; manage event scheduling, ticket sales reporting, and entertainment project timelines; coordinate creative materials and AV techs; handle guest relations, staff training, upselling, and administrative duties for the Entertainment Department.

Create and distribute organic content and internal marketing collateral; manage social media channels; produce and publish web and PR communications; coordinate media visits and influencer relations; support copywriting and internal communications; respond to media inquiries and assist leaders with messaging; attend events and travel as needed.

Supervise property risk and safety operations: handle guest incident follow-up, lead safety programs and training, conduct incident investigations, run Safety Action Team meetings, drive injury reduction, and manage EHS platform and safety analytics.

Provide project management, vendor coordination, installations, testing, and ongoing application support for marketing systems. Diagnose and resolve incidents, manage service calls, coordinate system change requests, develop user documentation and training, and support business operations (including non-standard hours and travel).

Provide customer-facing sportsbook services: write and process betting tickets and cash payouts, handle customer questions and disputes, count cash, ensure regulatory compliance, escalate for MTL paperwork, report customer experience issues, and assist with sports book operations.

Perform planning and execution of compliance and operational audits across Caesars properties; evaluate controls and regulatory compliance; document processes and controls; communicate findings to management; maintain strong property relationships.

Audit and compile daily casino revenue records and control documents, verify counts and deposits, prepare exception and audit reports, maintain confidential financial information, and ensure compliance with SOPs, Internal Controls, and Title 31.

Dealers run and control table games, monitor player activity for irregularities, ensure guest service standards, communicate incidents to pit management, complete training and certifications, and maintain required gaming license and safety policies.

Process daily gaming revenue transactions, complete audit deliverables, enter and analyze data, perform quality reviews and attribute testing, scan and retain controlled documents, and support audit and operations teams.

Perform planning and execution of compliance and operational audits across Caesars properties. Evaluate controls and regulatory compliance, document processes, present findings to management, lead meetings with senior staff, assist special projects, and train and mentor staff. Travel to properties required (~25%).

Provide concierge-level service for VIP guests: process check-ins/check-outs, book dining/entertainment, answer questions, resolve guest concerns, liaise to expedite requests, and maintain professional, proactive service.

Perform custodial duties across the property: clean and maintain floors, restrooms, slot machines, walls, mirrors, and other surfaces; vacuum and mop; remove trash; restock supplies; follow blood-borne pathogen procedures; attend mandatory meetings and pre-shift sessions; work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays.

Clean and maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils; wash dishes and cookware; remove trash; clean surfaces and drains; restock supplies; follow sanitation, chemical safety, and company procedures; perform physical tasks and assist cooks as needed.

Lead revenue management across one or multiple casino resort properties to maximize EBITDA through forecasting, pricing, analytics, and cross-functional alignment. Build and optimize RM systems and tools, identify root causes of performance shortfalls, recommend strategies, and drive execution with property and corporate stakeholders.

Performs cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas, dishwashing, equipment breakdown and restocking, trash handling, chemical cleaning, and general support to maintain safe, sanitary workspaces while following company policies and safety training.
