NVIDIA is seeking a Hardware & System Development Manager to join our System Product Engineering organization. In this role, you’ll own the creation and optimization of advanced test and validation platforms for NVIDIA’s high-performance networking products. These platforms power both R&D-level validation and mass production testing, ensuring exceptional product quality, reliability, and scalability.

At NVIDIA, we push the boundaries of what’s possible in computing and networking. We believe that innovation thrives in an environment of teamwork, ownership, and technical excellence. We value ambitious thinking, thorough execution, and a shared commitment to creating exceptional products.

We’re looking for a board design leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for leading teams, driving end-to-end solutions, and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration. Join us and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of networking technologies!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development of test hardware platforms, including customized test boards and system-level infrastructure.

  • Own the full hardware lifecycle — from definition and schematic design to bring-up and production deployment.

  • Deliver hardware used across R&D and manufacturing for functional, performance, and reliability testing.

  • Collaborate with Mechanics, Signal Integrity, Layout, DFT, Firmware, and Production teams to achieve seamless integration.

  • Drive technical execution, project schedules, and cross-site coordination with precision and clarity.

What We Need to See:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in board-level hardware design (digital, power, high-speed interfaces).

  • 5+ years of proven leadership in hardware development teams, including layout, mechanical, and PMO functions.

  • Hands-on expertise in lab bring-up, debugging, and validation processes.

  • Strong project management and exceptional cross-disciplinary interpersonal skills.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

  • Broad system-level understanding of networking or compute platforms.

  • Experience designing and deploying test infrastructure for both validation and production environments.

  • Knowledge of DFT principles and advanced test coverage strategies.

  • Familiarity with high-volume production workflows and manufacturing integration.

We innovate together. We deliver excellence. We build the future — one design at a time. If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you! NVIDIA has some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to unprecedented growth, our world-class engineering teams are growing fast. If you're a creative and autonomous engineer with a real passion for technology, we want to hear from you. We are committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer. As we highly value diversity in our current and future employees, we do not discriminate (including in our hiring and promotion practices) on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any other characteristic protected by law.
