About the role
The role is responsible for supporting the execution of the growth strategy for Careem in KSA by assisting in user engagement, retention, and revenue generation initiatives. This role focuses on implementing KSA focused marketing campaigns, managing partnerships, and analyzing data to optimize growth efforts.
What you'll do
Growth Execution Support
- Assist in executing the growth roadmap for the Careem’s verticals in KSA by, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement strategies that drive user engagement and retention.
Customer Segmentation and Insights
- Assist in creating and managing customer segments based on demographic and behavioral data.
- Conduct cohort analysis to support the development of targeted retention campaigns and personalized engagement strategies.
- Help track and analyst customer lifecycle metrics, providing insights to optimize user experiences
Campaign Management and Customer Engagement
- Collaborate on the execution of retention and engagement campaigns, focusing on repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Help implement rewards programs, subscription models, or gamification elements to increase user stickiness and lifetime value.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze growth metrics (e.g., OPU, ARPU, conversion rates) to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data to generate insights that inform campaign optimizations and new strategies.
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools for tracking performance across growth efforts.
Market-Specific Customization
- Collaborate with regional teams to tailor growth strategies to local market dynamics, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences.
- Develop geo-specific promotional strategies to capitalize on local customer preferences and competitive landscapes.
- Identify and onboard regional partners (e.g., grocery chains, retailers) to enhance reach.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing,with a focus on e-commerce,food /Grocery delivery, or tech platforms
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
- Well versed in data mining, statistical modeling and advanced data analysis
- Strong understanding of A/B Testing, Regression Analysis, User Segmentation, Cohort analysis, churn/attrition modeling, CLTV models
- Proficiency in analyzing and leveraging metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Deep understanding of food/grocery delivery market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes

- Even though we are working remotely, we are strong believers in collaboration and the power of building social connections with our teams. For that reason, our offices are still open and provide plenty of collaboration-friendly spaces at times when teams need it or if you need a quiet space to work outside of home.
- You’ll be working in the location you’re hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you’re hired from as your primary work location.
