Lead design and delivery of real-time, cross-vertical personalization systems using graph-based retrieval, transformer-based ranking, and online learning. Own candidate generation, ranking, RAG/LLM integration, experimentation (A/B), metric tracking, large-scale model deployment, and cross-product reuse of personalization signals across Food, Quik, and Shops.

Lead growth for Careem Food in Dubai/UAE: build bottom-up growth plans, track performance and funnels, design and run growth initiatives and A/B tests, manage program execution, align cross-functional teams, and co-own revenue delivery with commercial stakeholders.

Lead and evolve a cross-platform design system: govern tokens, components, accessibility, and documentation. Build AI-native tooling (Figma plugins, agent workflows, audits) to automate audits, maintain token pipelines, and enable design-to-code. Drive adoption through training, governance, and close partnership with engineering to deliver deployable components and maintain consistency across platforms and locales.
