At a Glance:


The Manager, Global Talent Management is responsible for leading the execution of enterprise talent management strategies that strengthen organizational capability, leadership continuity, workforce mobility, and employee growth.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent, this leader serves as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders and HR partners, ensuring talent decisions are aligned with business priorities and workforce needs. The role oversees the company's talent review process, succession planning for critical roles, enterprise talent insights, and strategic workforce mobility efforts while leading a team responsible for early career talent, talent management programs, and culture and belonging initiatives.

The successful candidate deeply understands how talent contributes to organizational performance, customer outcomes, and employee experience. They recognize that attracting, developing, deploying, and retaining high-quality talent is fundamental to achieving enterprise objectives and enhancing the lives of our crews around the world.

  • Own and continuously enhance the enterprise talent review process, ensuring consistency, rigor, and meaningful business outcomes.
  • Drive identification and optimization of high-potential and key talent populations.
  • Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure differentiated development and mobility strategies are in place for key talent.
  • Establish processes that promote objective, data-informed talent decisions and improve organizational capability.
  • Partner closely with Total Rewards leaders to align talent review outcomes, succession insights, and workforce mobility strategies with compensation, recognition, and retention approaches, ensuring appropriate investment in critical roles, high-potential talent, and key talent segments.
  • Own the enterprise framework for identifying and governing critical roles.
  • Lead succession planning processes for key leadership and business-critical positions globally.
  • Partner with business leaders to build strong successor pipelines and improve leadership bench strength.
  • Facilitate ongoing succession discussions that result in actionable development and mobility plans for successors.
  • Develop deep understanding of business operations, workforce needs, and talent implications across the enterprise.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize organizational effectiveness through strategic movement of talent.
  • Translate business challenges into practical talent solutions that support organizational performance and growth.
  • Lead and develop the Talent Management team
  • Ensure talent programs operate as an integrated talent ecosystem that supports attraction, development, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain awareness of workforce realities and crew experiences to ensure talent practices remain practical, relevant, and value-creating.
  • Help leaders understand the connection between talent strength, organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and business performance.
  • Champion a culture where people growth and business success are mutually reinforcing.

What you need:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of broad HR experience including talent/performance management.
  • 5+ years experience as a people leader

Not a Must, but a Plus


  • Workday experience preferred
  • Birkman certification preferred

TRAVEL:


  • This position may require travel.  Some travel may be international which will require a valid passport and/or work visas.
