About the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the McCain Global PMO Team. McCain is leading a growth transformation, and the global revenue management team plays a crucial part in our success. The Manager Global Revenue Management will play a critical role in analyzing, developing, and deploying continuous commercial improvement initiatives across core global markets, including North America, Latin America, Continental Europe, Great Britain, Asia-Pacific, Middle East & North Africa, and South Africa. This global role will work closely with division presidents, commercial finance teams, marketing and sales leaders within each market to drive profitable growth. The successful candidate will be a key driver of revenue management initiatives across McCain's channels, product categories, customer segments and markets. Building a robust multi-year pipeline, supported by a clear implementation plan grounded in consumer insights and internal alignment will be a keyway in which this role will drive measurable results.

Accountabilities.
• Develop and implement net price realization strategies that align with company's and region's overall business objectives based on established playbooks and guardrails• Synthesize research and analysis into strategic recommendations across global core markets and core channels (foodservice, retail, QSR)• Translate price realization strategy decisions into action-oriented plans• Develop and implement price pack architecture based on underlying product characteristics for value based pricing• Analyze product mix and positioning strategies to determine optimal price realization levels by channel, customer size, region, order size, etc.• Design and manage pricing analytics dashboards to determine customer and product profitability, including cost-to-serve• Build trade investment promotion calendar and analyze promotion return on investment• Communicate actual vs. target performance on pipeline initiatives to PMO leadership; identify and implement course corrective actions as market conditions dictate• Build commercial excellence roadmaps specific to core markets and support implementation with ongoing performance analysis and KPI development• Work within global PMO on critical cross-functional and cross-regional projects• Invest time and energy in coaching and developing teams members• Define and execute talent management strategy to bring out the best in our people - increase technical expertise, build out succession plans, create /update individual development plans for Senior Financial Analyst
Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years in revenue management, pricing and/or marketing roles• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills• Expert in MS Excel, PowerPoint, STATA and/ PowerBI, Tableau• Extensive project management experience, global experience a plus• Financial acumen and ability to analyze balance sheet and income statements• Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear and concise writing• Fact based decision making and an emphasis on performance and results• Revenue management and commercial excellence functional roles across a mix of pricing, marketing and sales • Trade investment management, analysis, promotional planning• Go to market strategy development• Pricing strategy and execution
