- Bring structure and meaning to marketing data and make it is easy to access, analyze, and interpret for teams across PUMA, especially within the areas of social media and PR
- Own the backend configuration and management of internal platforms, including Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, and the Naming Convention Builder, and supervise user access, trainings, and adoption
- Maintain and update the Global Key Initiative List based on inputs from business units and Go-To-Market and incorporate local additions on a rolling basis
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data vendors, such as Sprinklr and BrandWatch, and ensure they meet our needs i.e. trainings, features, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Oversee the end-to-end process of ambassador and influencer tracking on social media, from data collection to performance reporting
- Work closely with the Global Social Media and PR teams to ensure consistent data collection and reporting across regions, channels, and business units
- Support the development of dashboards, strategy decks, and training materials that are visually compelling and easy to digest for both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders
- Translate marketing data into actionable insights for decision-making and produce reports and presentations that communicate these insights through clear, engaging storytelling
- Contribute to broader Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness projects, including Marketing Mix Modeling, post-campaign reporting, and enhancements to our data infrastructure
- Continuously seek to improve the setup, governance, and application of our various tools and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years experience in digital marketing and/or data analytics, including familiarity with social media and PR metrics
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, enabling clear communication of insights and recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on business performance and brand building
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, and queries
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally with diverse teams
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude
- Passion for marketing, sports, and/or fashion
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau a plus.
