Position at a Glance
The Logistic Finance Manager will be a key leader in our Mexico City Global Capability Center (GCC), overseeing a team dedicated to supporting the North America Logistics Finance organization based in Chicago. This role bridges regional operations and global strategy, ensuring financial visibility, accuracy, and insights into critical logistics areas such as transportation, warehousing and digital productivity. As the first leadership layer within the GCC Logistics Finance team, the Manager will not only deliver high-impact financial analysis but also coach and develop a growing team of analysts. This position is central to driving efficiency, fostering digital transformation in logistics finance and building a strong partnership with stakeholders across North America.

• Lead and coach the Logistics Finance team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong business partnership;
• Deliver FP&A insights across transportation and warehouse spend, identifying trends and drivers;
• Oversee month-end close activities related to logistics, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness;
• Drive automation opportunities and streamline financial processes;
• Supervise purchase order reconciliations with 3PLs and own vendor settlement processes;
• Track and validate digital productivity projects across the logistics network;
• Support optimization of MHE leases and related cost structures;
• Partner with Chicago stakeholders to design and validate digital warehouse tools (e.g., variable/fixed drivers, spotting/shuttling, PECO pallets);

1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;
2. Experience
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A with exposure to logistics;
• Good knowledge of supply chain operations;
• Solid practical ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.);
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Accounting/Finance would be an asset;
3. Skills
• Demonstrated Project and Change Management abilities
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
• Solid analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail;
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment;
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude;
