We are partnering with an organization in the Atlanta area seeking an experienced Manager of FP&A for a contract engagement. This role will support critical budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives during a key business period. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and able to quickly step in to provide immediate analytical support and leadership.

The Manager, FP&A will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely insights, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and support executive decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles during the contract period
Develop and refine financial models to support operational and strategic initiatives
Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights
Prepare executive reporting and present findings to leadership
Support process improvements and reporting efficiencies
Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
Experience working in ERP systems
Ability to quickly learn systems and business processes
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
