Job Purpose
Establish and run
protein-supply units (fisheries and poultry farms) supporting camp catering
and community livelihood / CSR programmes.
Key Responsibilities
• Site selection, design and commissioning of fisheries
/ aquaculture and poultry units.
• Production planning, bio-security, feed management and
veterinary protocols.
• Supply-chain coordination with camp catering
contractors.
• Train and employ local Bougainvillean workforce;
deliver community livelihood outcomes.
• Manage budgets, HSE compliance and reporting for the
fisheries / poultry operations.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Degree in Fisheries Science / Aquaculture / Animal
Science / Veterinary Science / Agribusiness.
Experience
• 10+ years in commercial fisheries / poultry operations.
• Tropical-climate experience preferred.
Key Competencies & Skills
• Production planning and biosecurity.
• Community engagement and capability-building.
• Operational and budget management.
• HSE and animal-welfare standards.
• Practical, hands-on operational style.
Skills Required
