Job Purpose
Operate and manage
the on-site concrete (and hot-mix where applicable) batching plant to project
quality and throughput targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Plant set-up, commissioning and daily production
planning.
• Mix-design management in coordination with QA/QC.
• Raw-material logistics and stock control.
• Maintenance scheduling and HSE compliance.
• Train batcher operators and crews; manage shift
rosters and production reporting.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering,
or trade-qualified with extensive batching-plant experience.
Experience
• 7+ years operating batching plants on mining / major
civil projects.
Key Competencies & Skills
• Concrete and asphalt mix design knowledge.
• Plant maintenance and reliability.
• Production planning and logistics.
• Quality and HSE compliance.
• Team supervision and training.
Skills Required
