Job Purpose
Deliver
concept-to-construction documentation for camps, township, facilities,
hospitality and tourism assets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop concept design, design development,
construction documentation and tender packages.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and landscape
consultants.
• Conduct site visits and provide design clarification
and RFI responses.
• Prepare and review as-built documentation.
• Apply sustainability, cultural-heritage and
tropical-climate design principles.
Requirements
Qualifications
• B.Arch. (M.Arch. preferred).
• Registration with a recognised architectural council
preferred.
Experience
• 5+ years in mixed-use, hospitality, residential or
facility projects.
Key Competencies & Skills
• Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion proficiency.
• Strong design sensibility and tropical-climate
awareness.
• Coordination with multi-discipline consultants.
• Documentation discipline.
• Sustainability and cultural awareness.
Skills Required
