The Job

• Conduct annual/quarterly, and monthly financial reporting
• Manage month-end closing activities, including preparing and reviewing accounting journals, reconciliations, and monthly management reports
• Handle regulatory and group reporting, external audits and statutory filings
• Address ad-hoc requests from FWD Group and perform other duties as assigned by the senior manages or above
• Play a key role in implementation of new system changes

The Person

• Degree holder with accounting background and CPA certificate
• At least 6 years of working experience, preferably in insurance / financial services industry
• Strong knowledge ad technical skills in IFRS17 and IFRS 9, also Accounting Treatment and Oracle Ledger
• Proficient in financial reporting concepts
• Detail-oriented and adhere to deadline
• Strong communication skills
• Quick-learner and capable of teaching others
• Willing to work overtime
