Position Summary: 

Responsible for managing the internal reporting needs of the organization including cash & revenue reporting, and monthly & quarterly internal reporting in support of the SLT, Investor Relations and Board meetings.

Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Manage cash and revenue reporting and assist with revenue projections. Performs a variety of duties in order to support executive and senior management and adhere to production goals.
  • Manage the internal reporting process for monthly & quarterly deliverables for the Senior Leadership Team & European Management.
  • Support Strategy team with reporting & profitability analysis
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly Board of Director reports
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis in support of earnings calls, Board meetings, treasury & SLT meetings.
  • Assist other FP&A team members in automating reporting needs (ie. Budget, forecasting & other complex models)
  • Create and manage monthly reporting package for SLT including KPI’s and financial metrics
  • Oversee Oracle FP&A administration.

Professional Experience/Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting/finance required. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of related experience required.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of VBA and SQL preferred.
  • Possess working knowledge of GL systems, Reporting systems Financial Statements and GAAP.
  • Experience with multi-national companies and multiple currencies preferred.
  • Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Required to work weekends and evenings as required.

Salary Range:

$82,000.00 - $126,000.00

PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position. PRA offers paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k match, life insurance, and other benefits to assist with the physical and mental wellbeing of our employees.
