Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage the company's Budget, Forecast, Asset metrics, and other Ad/hoc analysis
  • Foresee company data and market trends to make financial predictions and maximize profits
  • Participation in the month-end close and monitoring accounts
  • Providing alternative ideas and actions to improve the everyday procedures of the administrative and financial department, and identification of weaknesses in control and compliance.
  • Identifies areas of improvement and drives standardization.
  • Additional ad-hoc functions and analysis as directed by the Regional CFO
Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated strategic planning experience at a management level
  • 4 to 8 years’ experience – Managing Budgets and Forecasting
  • Experience in providing data analysis and producing reports
  • Graduated in Accounting / Business Administration
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Package
  • Oracle and HFM knowledge – Required

  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Relates well to others, with the ability to manage diverse relationships.

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in the office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration-first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in the office to drive meaningful connections and to serve our customers best.
