Job Summary
The Manager of FP&A - Corporate serves as the finance business partner for Corporate Functional leaders. They deliver all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting and planning for each executive’s department. They will review actual performance with each leader, work together to reforecast based on initiatives and activities and partner to develop the annual budget for the respective function. They will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting and planning for the company’s other segment revenues and Corporate D&A. They will lead the G&A allocation process for the total company working with individual function and finance business partner to determine support levels for restaurants to process allocations for external segment reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as finance business partner for Corporate functional C-Suite leaders for their respective budgets
- Produce and review monthly results with function leader and partner to understand impacts on reforecast
- Advise function leader on reforecast by providing analytics on key areas to drive value
- Own monthly accrual process to ensure expenses are appropriately recognized on the P&L
- Develop business cases for key initiatives within function and provide investment analysis to function leadership
- Collaborate with function to develop Annual Operating Plan / Budget, including key business drivers, capitalization assumptions, contract renewals, P&L output, capital expenditures and initiatives
- Lead G&A allocations process to burden restaurant P&L as well as franchise results with functional support expense
- Provide financial support and analysis for other revenue segments
- Participate and support various ad hoc process as applicable in G&A and Corp FP&A department
