Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes aligned with regional targets.
Partner with business leaders to drive revenue forecasting, cost planning, and resource optimization.
Deliver insightful variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) and recommend corrective actions.
Develop financial models, client profitability analysis, and ROI assessments to support commercial decisions.
Provide forward-looking insights on risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
Act as a trusted finance partner to client leads and business heads.
Support client pricing, scoping, and revenue recognition in line with company policies.
Drive client profitability, utilization, and margin improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders on pipeline tracking and revenue growth strategies.
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and financial reporting (P&L, BS, CF) in line with IFRS/PSAK and group policies.
Maintain strong internal controls and compliance framework.
Manage audit processes (internal & external) effectively.
Tax & Compliance
Oversee compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (CIT, VAT, WHT).
Manage tax filings, tax planning, and Transfer Pricing Documentation.
Partner with regional tax teams and external advisors on audits and regulatory matters.
Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.
Ensure data integrity and alignment with regional reporting standards (APAC/Global).
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
