Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Job Summary

The Manager, Finance Operations is responsible for the "end to end" Accounts Payable process. This includes strong partnerships with Sourcing, Suppliers, Accounting, Operations, FP&A, EIT, FOS, etc. Key responsibilities include: Process Improvements, transformation projects, maximization of Cash Discounts and maintaining a strong control environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees a domestic and international team to drive consistency or improvements in CSLs, KPIs and AP financial health.
  • Actively supports and participates in transformational projects
  • Ensures a strongly controlled process including SOX controls
  • Drive statement reconciliation efforts in partnership with Genpact and tool implementation in partnership with Transformation Management Office (TMO)
  • Support internal ERP conversions
  • Travel up to 5%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred
  • 6+ years accounts payable, finance operations, accounting or audit experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing direct reports
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills; ability to communicate effectively with personnel at various levels
  • Experience with SAP, preferred
  • Ability to travel 5%

Location

  • Hybrid role
  • Ideal candidate will need to be able to work a hybrid schedule - coming into the Dublin, OH office 1 day a week and working the other days remote

Anticipated salary range: $105,100-$150,100
