Manager of Field Marketing, EMEA South (SEUR)

Location: Paris, France or Milan, italy. 

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as our new Manager of Field Marketing, for the region EMEA South, including France, Italy and Spain. In this role you will be overseeing the success of all field-facing demand generation marketing initiatives and events in your region. In a player-coach role, you will lead a small team to develop and execute world-class programs. 

A great fit for this role would be a candidate with an energetic, results-oriented mindset and a successful track record of inspiring a team to build, execute and optimize impactful marketing strategies in a fast-paced, high growth company. You will be responsible for partner marketing initiatives and direct field marketing activities. In this role you will be working closely together with the Sales AVP for EMEA South, regional Partner Sales teams and global or EMEA wide marketing teams, to craft and execute your plans, achieving measurable results.

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the EMEA Marketing Director, you will spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans tailored to the EMEA South market. Your focus will be on driving pipeline growth through targeted demand generation efforts, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing tactics. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and regional sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to develop comprehensive demand generation plans, incorporating measurable targets and objectives through strong relationship building and communication skills. 
  • Design and implement field marketing programs leveraging the full spectrum of marketing, including partner demand generation programs, online and offline events and executive level engagements, to drive pipeline growth.
  • Track metrics from lead flow to pipeline, and collaborate with SDR’s and Sales Management to improve conversion metrics and optimize yield on your investments. Be outcome obsessed in everything you do! 
  • Feel comfortable to use data analytics to measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage a roll-up budget, assess the effectiveness of the various marketing tactics based on business targets, and continually refine and improve activities for greater impact using Salesforce and Tableau. 

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years in relevant field leadership marketing roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in forward-thinking digital demand generation tactics, channel marketing, and partner alliances, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with sales management, sales teams and marketing stakeholders, driving collaborative efforts to achieve shared goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving data-driven success.
  • Ability to create a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan, communicate the plan to get buy-in and build consensus among cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with a focus on mentorship, team development, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Love the work! Ability to maintain a positive, approachable, and self-starter attitude. 
  • Languages - Native French plus Italian and/or Spanish are an advantage. 
  • Office model - minimum 2 days a week in either the Paris or Milan office.
