PerkinElmer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between global marketing efforts and regional market needs, working closely with sales teams and product line leaders to drive growth and customer engagement. If you’re passionate about crafting localized marketing strategies that push the boundaries of customer acquisition and market penetration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leaders to drive regional sales targets through tactical marketing programs.
  • Monitor and fill the sales pipeline to meet marketing-sourced targets.
  • Customize and execute global campaigns to suit local market needs.
  • Coordinate product launches, customer events, and marketing assets for maximum impact.
  • Develop marketing strategies to meet regional sales objectives and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage ROI for marketing activities, including social media, SEM, ABM, and third-party channels.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure field marketing aligns with business goals and brand messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or sciences (communications experience required), or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing communications, with sales experience as a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and digital marketing tools (SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot are an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • A can-do attitude, strong project management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the science market or analytical technologies is a plus.

Travel Requirement: 20%-40% travel to support events, customer meetings, and field activities.
