🎯 The role: Manager, FDE
You are the deepest expert at Supersonik on what makes a great agent, and on how to build the team that builds them. You will lead and scale the FDE function, own delivery velocity and quality across every agent in production, and codify the playbook that defines what good looks like. For the first six months, you are a player-coach: personally rolling up your sleeves on the hardest agents while simultaneously building the team around you.

What you will own
  • FDE hiring funnel, ramp process, and IC performance
  • Delivery quality and speed across all live agents
  • The Supersonik agent playbook: what good looks like, anti-patterns, pitfalls
  • Platform feedback loop with Engineering: patterns, priorities, primitives
  • Player-coach for six months: personally building the hardest agents

Who you are
  • Senior Implementation Lead at a top SaaS (Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Gainsight) ready to lead a function
  • Director of Implementation or CSG at a Series B/C SaaS seeking a founding moment
  • Engineering Manager who has owned enterprise implementation
  • Ex-FDE turned manager from Palantir, OpenAI, Sierra, or similar
  • Ex-MBB consultant who moved into implementation and led the function

Must-haves
  • 5+ years leading SaaS implementation or technical delivery teams, 10+ ICs managed
  • Player-coach: you build the hardest agents yourself, not just oversee
  • Technical enough to read code, prompt LLMs, and understand integrations
  • Track record of ramp programmes that scaled with team growth
