Collaborate with the fleet operations team on inventory and spares planning.
Develop and implement performance improvement programs for riders.
Enforce strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational compliance.
Create and update SOPs to drive efficiency in order fulfilment.
Serve as the primary liaison for SME partners to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4 years experience in operations or fulfilment leadership.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Experience working with SMEs or logistics/delivery partners.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on operational data.
