We will count on you to:

You will also project manage UK & Ireland Pay Gap projects, support on increasing demand for EU legislative support and connect the dots to wider pay equity work.
  • Build a thorough understanding of each client's business goals, strategies, culture and organisation and partner effectively, to translate analysis and quantitative insight into practical recommendations and broader transformation agendas.
  • Review and guide quantitative and qualitative analysis, including pay gap analysis, pay equity analysis, broader people analytics, stakeholder interviews, policy and practice review and interpretation of findings into clear client recommendations and action plans.
  • Lead client presentations, and contribute to executive discussions, workshops, and readouts, connecting findings to broader workforce, reward, and transformation solutions.
  • Seek to upsell and expand existing projects and support more senior consultants with new prospect opportunities.
  • Stay informed on UK and Ireland pay gap reporting requirements, EU pay transparency readiness, and related legislative or market developments, bringing together compliance and strategic perspectives.
  • Apply a strong curiosity for AI to improve day-to-day delivery, strengthen our propositions, and identify practical opportunities to use AI-enabled approaches in analysis, storytelling, knowledge capture, and solution development.
  • Contribute to sales and business development by shaping proposals, supporting client account growth, identifying follow-on opportunities, and helping to evolve our market point of view.
  • Coach and review the work of more junior colleagues, helping to build capability across the team and supporting high-quality deliverables. Help to ensure quality of delivery, guide more junior colleagues, and contribute to the continued evolution of our solutions and propositions, including the use of AI in both client delivery and day-to-day team effectiveness.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify small errors and their causes.
  • Diligence regarding day-to-day business administration tasks.
