This role requires frequent travel, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.What You'll Do
Plan, coordinate, and execute secure transportation and close protection for senior executives.
Conduct advance work and protective intelligence assessments prior to trips, including threat monitoring, venue evaluations, and route planning.
Develop and implement detailed security and logistical plans for leadership travel and appearances.
Collaborate with internal partners (CEO’s office, Corporate Travel, Events) and vetted vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain strict confidentiality and deliver white-glove service in all interactions.
Monitor real-time developments during trips and adjust plans to mitigate risk.
Support GSOC and other security partners with timely intelligence and situational updates.
Uphold compliance with all company security protocols and relevant regulations.
Highly detail-oriented and committed to precision and discretion in managing complex logistics.
Experience in executive protection or related security roles.
Excel in advance planning, risk assessment, and adapting to changing conditions.
Demonstrate professionalism and VIP-level service under pressure.
Communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple teams.
Resourceful and calm in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
3+ years of experience in executive protection or similar security operations.
Experience conducting protective intelligence and advance planning for travel.
