Position Summary
Manages analytics, reporting, and data research across functions. Designs and implements new reporting capabilities, delivering targeted analyses and insights for functional partners.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Partners with various business areas to understand analytics needs and deliver data-driven insights.
- Leads analytics, reporting, and research to uncover key findings across business functions.
- Manages and mentors a team of business analysts, fostering skill development and business acumen.
- Oversees design, testing, validation, and implementation of new reporting options.
- Develops and measures key performance indicators for the sales organization.
- Drives business intelligence initiatives by developing detailed reports and dashboards using advanced data visualization tools.
- Directs voice of the customer data collection, analysis, and vendor relationships.
- Advances sales, operations, customer service, and marketing automation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of business analytics or related experience.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, reporting technologies, and Microsoft Office.
