In this role you will:
- Lead and develop a team of Team Leads and Senior Administrators across SaaS, collaboration, and ServiceNow platforms
- Define and execute the Commercial Applications roadmap, including Atlassian Cloud migration and ServiceNow platform evolution
- Drive operational maturity through engineering standards, SLAs, and proactive service management
- Champion self-service and workflow automation to reduce manual toil and improve employee experience
- Partner cross-functionally to govern SaaS procurement, security, and platform strategy at scale
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications or IT Engineering
- 4+ years of people management experience, ideally managing Team Leads or Managers
- Deep expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem, including Data Center to Cloud migrations
- Strong background in ServiceNow platform strategy, development, and integrations
- Proven ability to define and execute multi-year roadmaps for complex enterprise systems
Bonus Qualifcations
- Experience integrating AI/ML or generative AI into enterprise platforms
- Background in high-growth technology, automotive, or autonomous driving companies
- Strong knowledge of SaaS management (SSO, SCIM, CASB) and license infrastructure
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Python or JavaScript for automation
