Role & Responsibilities: Maintains and provides oversight for the organizational systems associated with activities related to the referral process, evaluation, consultation, and treatment of patients across the system requiring temporary and durable enteral feeding support.Minimum Job RequirementsLicensure, Registration and/or Certification
- Current RN license to practice nursing in Wisconsin.
- Current CPR certification – Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Masters degree preferred.
Experience
- Five years of nursing experience. Pediatric experience preferred.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children’s values and support our mission and vision.
- Analytical skills necessary to resolve complex patient problems, develop standards of care and procedures, and evaluate the quality of care systems.
- Interpersonal and communication skills sufficient to interact effectively with interdisciplinary health team members, community stakeholders.
- Exercises a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision-making and demonstrates effectiveness in operations.
