Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Leader to oversee a team of Project Support personnel, including project coordinators and administrative assistants, who provide critical support to our engineering development projects and teams. This role will be based at our Hudson, NH site and offer opportunities for collaboration across the Precision Strike organization.

• Lead and direct a team of engineering support personnel, including project coordinators and administrative assistants, to ensure seamless support for engineering projects and teams.
• Oversee staffing, development, performance management, work plans, and employee relations, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

• Identify and address development needs, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure the team has the skills and expertise required to excel.

• Foster collaboration within the team and across the organization to ensure compliance with processes and procedures.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and business development teams to drive business outcomes.

• Uphold the team culture by promoting integrity, ethics, and trust, and address personnel issues in partnership with Human Resources as needed.

• Provide resources and support to multiple engineering projects, ensuring the right skills and expertise are in place to meet program-specific needs.

• Streamline administrative tasks and eliminate non-essential work from engineering groups, enabling engineers to focus on technical work by assigning trained project coordinators to support them.

• Ensure the team adheres to company processes and procedures, and lead or participate in special projects as assigned.

• Travel up to 25% to other sites as needed

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or similar discipline
• 6+ years of professional experience in engineering, leadership or similar environment.
• Ability to obtain a DoW security clearance
• US citizenship required

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous leadership experience
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Tools Experience Desired but Not Required: Atlassian, Oracle, DOORS

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
