High-Level Responsibilities
Onboarding Process
Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources, equipment, and access are available for new hires.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of onboarding documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Offboarding Process
Develop and implement efficient procedures for offboarding employees, including conducting exit surveys and gathering feedback.
Ensure all necessary paperwork, clearances, and exit procedures are completed in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the secure and timely removal of employee access, accounts, and data.
Provide support and guidance to departing employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Analyze offboarding data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the offboarding experience.
Digital/Tools Enablement
Ensure provisioning access to tools and software for new employees so have the necessary resources to perform their roles.
Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, licenses, and resources to facilitate efficient provisioning and deprovisioning.
Manage the process of revoking access and reclaiming tools and resources when employees leave the organization or no longer require access.
Ensure that the provisioning and deprovisioning processes comply with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that tools audits are regularly conducted to examine and assess how tools and technologies are being utilized by users within Athena.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team responsible for onboarding, offboarding, and digital/tools enablement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team or between team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and data flow.
