EMEA Order Management Manager

Milestone Systems is looking for a Manager to lead our EMEA Order Management team. Based in Copenhagen, you'll lead a team of professionals supporting our partners and sales teams across the EMEA region, combining people leadership, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
As part of the Global Order Management leadership team, you'll lead Order Management across EMEA, ensuring consistent execution, high service quality, strong operational performance, and team development. You'll work closely with colleagues across the Americas and APAC, as well as regional Sales, Finance, Compliance, and other key stakeholders.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA Order Management team.
- Drive operational performance through effective workload, backlog, order processing, and escalation management.
- Set clear priorities, accountability, and performance expectations across the team.
- Partner with Sales leadership and key stakeholders to support business objectives while maintaining strong operational controls.
- Manage complex customer and business escalations with sound judgment and a customer-focused approach.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, systems adoption, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Proven people leadership experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar operational environment.
- Experience leading teams through change while maintaining high service quality and performance.
- Strong operational mindset with experience managing workloads, service levels, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and organizational levels.
- Ability to translate business priorities into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce, or similar business systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, software, or technology is an advantage.
About the Team
The EMEA Order Management team is part of the Global Order Management organization within Global Sales Operations (GSO). We work closely with Sales teams and partners across the region to support order processing, licensing, invoicing, and operational support. Together with colleagues in the Americas and APAC, we play a key role in enabling revenue operations, delivering excellent partner experience, and driving operational excellence.
