NVIDIA is seeking a Circuit Methodology Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for EDA tool evaluation, workflow integration, and strategic vendor engagement for the mixed signal circuit design organization. This manager will coordinate engineers developing and supporting production workflows, drive adoption of third-party EDA capabilities, and align vendor roadmaps with NVIDIA’s design-quality and schedule goals.
This role combines people leadership, technical direction, and external partnership management. The manager will work closely with circuit design, methodology, CAD, and EDA vendors to improve design quality, reduce cycle time, and enable scalable, high-impact engineering workflows.
What you'll be doing:
Explore and guide the use of Agentic-AI capabilities in EDA workflows where they improve efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers with direct reports focused on EDA workflows and tool enablement.
Define and drive strategy for evaluating, integrating, deploying, and supporting third-party EDA tools across the circuit group.
Own key EDA vendor relationships, including technical engagement, addressing customer concerns, roadmap alignment, and ongoing partnership management.
Drive internal adoption of new workflows through communication, training, and integration.
What we need to see:
BSEE, BSCE, or equivalent international education or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in circuit design methodology, CAD/EDA enablement, or related engineering infrastructure roles.
Minimum 3 plus years of Management Experience
Prior experience leading projects or teams, including direct people management.
Hands-on experience with Cadence, Siemens, and Synopsys custom design environments such as Virtuoso, Solido Design Environment, and Custom Compiler.
Strong communication skills and proven ability to work across internal teams and external vendors.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Familiarity with Cadence ADE and experience with transient simulators such as alps, hspice, primesim, or spectrex.
Familiarity with various other EDA tool such as Totem, HFSS, thermal mechanical solver, matlab, and Solido Design Environment
