As Manager, E-Commerce Content Excellence at the LEGO Group, you’ll elevate our capabilities to engage shoppers with relevant content across every e-commerce touchpoint - helping us reach more children worldwide.
Please note: This is a position based in Billund or Copenhagen. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to The LEGO Group´s e-merchandise excellence agenda, providing relevant performance insights to guide core product asset production and ensure that digital content delivered to markets is fit for purpose and drives sales.
- Maintain, enrich and disseminate global e-merch content quality & compliance guardrails, enabling market teams to drive executional excellence on e-retailer sites
- Support development, implementation, and utilization of global e-commerce content performance standards & data reports
- Share best practices and contribute to building new operational capabilities around digital shopper content testing and optimization (up-stream & down-stream) with wider content community, incl. digital product teams
- Develop & publish newsletters and deliver regular updates to key stakeholders across the organization

As part of Global Trade & Shopper Marketing team within M&C Central Marketing, our e-commerce content team sets the standard for e-merchandising content - encompassing core product assets and product copy.
We build frameworks and connect global marketing, agency partners, and market groups to deliver shopper e-commerce toolkits to frontline teams and partners. Driven by data and enabled by technology, we define asset guidelines, innovate through testing, and ensure quality at scale.
As Manager, E-Commerce Content Excellence, you’ll be pivotal in bringing these standards to life and ensuring that we deliver relevant content experiences to shoppers that convert.
Do you have what it takes
- Extensive experience in e-merchandising and digital content marketing, with a background in both operational business and agency environments preferred.
- Strong expertise in hands-on e-merchandising and e-commerce operations.
- In-depth knowledge of content optimization, testing methodologies, and e-commerce tactics (e.g. PDPs optimization, SEO and R&R management), ideally from a leading e-retailer.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence diverse stakeholders—experience in regional/global roles preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into business opportunities.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with agency partners (Creative, Tech, Commerce).
- Familiarity with content technology such as PIM, DAM, and Digital Shelf.
