Short Description

The Division Manager provides operational and administrative support for the Gastroenterology Division and Adult Health Institute, including provider scheduling and coverage, program operations, reporting, and project coordination. The role also supports the Division’s collaboration with Inspira Vineland and requires onsite presence to support program needs.


  • · Support the Division’s collaboration with Inspira Vineland, including onsite coordination and operational support at the Vineland location.
  • · Coordinate physician and APP scheduling, call coverage, and urgent coverage needs.
  • · Support operational oversight and ongoing coordination of the GI Hospitalist Program.
  • · Assist with provider onboarding, credentialing, agreements, and contract-related administrative activities.
  • · Prepare and monitor operational reports, including provider activity, coverage, and program performance.
  • · Support program invoicing, compensation reconciliation, and budget tracking as needed.
  • · Coordinate projects and operational initiatives in collaboration with physician, Institute, and hospital leadership.
  • · Facilitate communication across clinical and administrative stakeholders to address operational needs.
  • · Support process improvement, program growth, and other priorities as assigned
Experience Required

3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience

Education Requirements

High School/GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

Special Requirements

•              Strong knowledge of Epic systems, particularly Cadence and Optime

•              Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and provider support

•              Proven success in process improvement, team leadership, and project execution

•              Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

•              Ability to travel between practice sites as needed (approx. 15%)
