Position Title: Manager, Digital Strategy

Position Location: Westminister, Colorado, Lake Oswego, Oregon OR Portsmouth, New Hampshire

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Strategy Lead who can orchestrate our online efforts, elevate the work across our digital platforms and create a unified captivating customer experience across our marketing digital channels.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that drive business growth and enhance our presence across all online platforms. You love SEO and organic strategy, and enjoy working across multiple teams including marketing, content, web, data analytics and partners to translate business objectives to digital effectiveness. You will lead a team shaping our digital future and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

• Unify, implement, track and optimize our web channels and digital marketing experiences through sound strategy, execution, measurement

• Deliver consistent, personalized, localized and compelling customer experiences across our websites and digital engagement experiences.

• Analyze end-to-end connected customer experiences, from awareness to demand generation and marketing opportunities, focusing on increased engagement and customer loyalty

• Create and guide the search and digital experience that supports multi channel and global audiences 

• Evaluate the effectiveness of current web and digital experiences, optimizing UX, elevating search efforts with eye on conversions and revenue generation

• Create, measure and be accountable for key digital performance metrics

• Guide and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners where applicable

What Experience You Should Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related, or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years working experience in digital strategy, SEO, marketing, web or related, with 2+ years managing others

• Previous experince leading a team of direct reports

• Experience with user experience, digital channels, web and related

• Customer obsessed with a drive to evolve our digital strategy and websites across the customer journey and lifecycle

• Organic search strategy experience with proven results, along with strong understanding of SEO principles and current best practices

• A proven track record delivering meaningful results in a complex digital ecosystem

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide adjustments to strategy through to execution

• Experience in optimizing websites, user funnels and experiences, including testing and conversion optimization

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong attention to detail and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Confidence in presenting to leaders with demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers, lead by influence across teams and the organization

• Experience in global digital execution
