This position will be an onsite role (Kraków in Poland).
What you will do:
Lead and manage a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
Ensure that software development projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices.
Who you are:
Proven experience in software development and team management.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
