Position Summary

As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in driving execution for a core part of our clinical operations and population health platform. You will help manage product requirements for our Admissions Data Pipeline, which is responsible for the ingestion of real-time data from HIE, ADT, and Payer sources. This work is critical to ensuring that clinical teams have accurate, deduplicated, and high-fidelity data to support patient interventions. You will partner closely with business, engineering, and data teams to support data transformation efforts and deliver high-quality products that improve healthcare delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Product Strategy & Execution: You will support the product strategy and execution for your domain, with a focus on the scalability and reliability of our clinical data ingestion engine. You’ll help translate business goals into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
- Roadmap & Backlog Management: You will partner with business stakeholders and engineering to support the product roadmap and manage day-to-day backlog prioritization. You will help prioritize data quality initiatives, transformation efforts using ML, and new source integrations such as new HIE or Payer feeds.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with technical partners across engineering, data science, and user design in a fast-paced, agile environment to build and enhance products. Your role is to help connect business needs with technical solutions and keep work moving across teams.
- User-Centric Design: You will partner with our UX team to design high-quality, intuitive products for end users. This includes gathering and documenting product requirements and helping ensure the final product meets user needs and expectations.
- Product Launch & Improvement: You will support the launch of new products, including working with operations teams on training materials and end-user documentation. You will also help identify opportunities for product improvement through quantitative analysis and user feedback.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a product or product-adjacent field
Experience managing product requirements, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and feedback to evaluate product impact
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare and/or digital health solutions
Technical familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
Experience working with data pipelines and/or ETL processes
Experience working with Epic or integrating data into an Epic environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent specialized training, relevant professional qualification, or practical experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
