About the RoleThe DPC Lead – Product Development + Fabric R&D is responsible for assisting the DPC team with all aspects of the DPC creation strategy, process, and DPC Training support. The DPC Lead – Product Development + Fabric R&D should possess a technological vision with genuine interest in digital innovation - staying up to date with new releases and advances in 3D technology. They should have proficient experience with PLM systems, DAM solutions & Microsoft Suite. A general awareness of 3D Design tools is preferred. The DPC Lead – Product Development + Fabric R&D should also have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of product development, fabric, materials, garment costing. Prior experience in Apparel Product Developer or Fabric R&D is strongly preferred.What You'll Do

Support the development of DPC training materials & training sessions for Product Development + Fabric R&D teams, identify areas of training improvement for further upskilling

Help develop a strong DPC onboarding experience that allows for high user system adoption & skill levels across Product Development + Fabric R&D teams

Streamline and recommend efficiencies in our digital workflows as they arise

Support in Change Management approach & strategy + overall communication of DPC program

Help identify new ways or working to improve our P2M calendar

Help lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) to help develop new ways of working, processes, system enhancements, & systems integrations

Collaborate with brand & cross brand peers to define and articulate the DPC strategy in alignment with overall business objectives

Support in managing Vendor relationships, Digital Quality Standards, and future process improvement in partnership with GIS DPC team

Actively participate in cross brand, internal team, & 3rd party solution meetings

Test system beta upgrades for DPC tools to ensure up to date functionality

Identify & track DPC asset KPI’s, progress, and deliverables

Organize & update digital libraries as they continue to evolve and improve over time
Who You Are

Experience in Product Development or Fabric R&D at medium to large company preferred
