Own and advance the digital, automation, and data environment supporting the global B2B organisation, with a focus on commercial effectiveness, process control, compliance, and data-driven decision-making across sales, customer, and supply-related activities.
Your key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Own and continuously improve the digital and automation landscape supporting B2B commercial processes, with a focus on effectiveness, control, compliance, and user experience
- Lead the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing governance of key business systems and tools, including Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, SAP BI/BW, and related reporting solutions
- Drive adoption of digital tools and processes across the B2B organisation to improve sales performance, strengthen process discipline, and simplify ways of working
- Develop and enhance dashboards, analytics, and reporting capabilities to provide reliable insights on sales performance, profitability, customer trends, and business risks
- Establish and maintain robust data governance standards, processes, and controls to ensure data quality, consistency, privacy, and security across B2B data assets
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation and digitalisation opportunities that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen end-to-end process performance
- Support the development of a seamless digital customer journey, including customer-facing portal solutions and effective use of CRM capabilities by relevant stakeholders. Identify, assess, and prioritise emerging technologies, analytics capabilities, and artificial intelligence use cases that can create business value for B2B
- Lead or contribute to digital and analytics projects from concept through implementation, ensuring delivery against business needs, timelines, and compliance requirements. Act as a trusted partner to commercial and operational stakeholders on digital solutions, reporting needs, process improvements, and system-related governance topics
What you will bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant digital / analytics qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in digital, analytics, business excellence, finance, sales operations, or related business support functions
- Strong experience with enterprise systems and analytics tools, ideally including Salesforce, SAP ERP, SAP BI/BW, Qlik Sense, or similar platforms
- Proven experience in driving digital improvement, automation, reporting enhancement, or system implementation projects in a business environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into practical business insight
- Good understanding of business processes, controls, and compliance requirements, ideally in a commercial environment
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities across cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance strategic improvement work with hands-on delivery Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborative, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset, with a strong learning agility and high personal accountability
