People Inc. is looking for a Paid Search Jr. Analyst to support our paid search program in our Los Angeles office. This is a role ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in performance marketing.

You’ll work closely with senior team members to launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns for major advertisers, focusing on coupon and trademark bidding strategies that drive revenue and profit growth.

PromoCodesForYou was founded in 2011 with a mission to provide a clean, simple alternative to traditional coupon sites by helping shoppers easily find reliable deals and promo codes. Owned and operated by People Inc., the Performance Marketing team is responsible for the advertising strategy, partnering with online retailers of all sizes to drive sales through a network of coupon sites. Leveraging expertise across Search, Email, and strategic placements, the team combines data-driven marketing and affiliate partnerships to deliver measurable business growth and connect consumers with valuable savings.

About The Positions Contributions:

Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results

20% Support campaign builds, QA, and ongoing optimizations across TM+ and coupon-focused accounts

20% Partner with internal teams (Partnerships) to improve campaign performance

20% Help maintain reporting dashboards and contribute to weekly/monthly performance summaries

20% Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and impression share
20% Ensure campaigns align with advertiser guidelines and compliance requirements

The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.

Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid search, or a related field (internships count!)

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel/Google Sheets

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Interest in performance marketing, online commerce, and/or affiliate/coupon space

  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Exposure to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or SA360

  • Experience working with large datasets or reporting tools

  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing or coupon/trademark paid search strategies

Pay Range

Salary: California: $70,304.00 - $72,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees.
