Reporting to the Head of Developer Services, this is a fabulous opportunity to lead a passionate and committed team.

The role of the Developer Services Administration Manager is to manage customer facing developer correspondence and customer services.  The team are responsible for all developer services administration tasks, including customer correspondence, application lodgement, Compliance application facilitation, reporting and financial assistance to the Head of Developer Services.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong people leadership skills and a passion for providing a high level of service to customers and stakeholder. 

Your skills and experience will include:

  • 5+ years leading successful teams of customer service advisors within businesses that have a high level of transactional activities.
  • A strong track record of attracting and building talent within diverse teams through coaching, feedback, exposure and projects.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at management levels effectively, and to interact with developers, vendors, contractors, consultants and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in applying knowledge of the business and the industry to advance the organization goals.
  • Experience in the utilities sector. 
  • Water/wastewater experience is advantageous although not essential.
