Coordinate capital governance processes across business cases, approvals and change requests. Manage submission schedules, workflows, agendas, minutes, decision registers and audit-ready records. Support governance forums, follow up stakeholders to meet deadlines, administer change control, and identify improvements to templates and tracking tools.

Lead delivery of multi-billion-dollar water and wastewater infrastructure programmes end-to-end (planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover). Maintain and repair mechanical equipment at a large wastewater treatment plant. Diagnose faults, respond to breakdowns, perform preventative and field-based maintenance, service pumps, and follow strict health and safety procedures to ensure continuous plant operation.

Manage document control for large infrastructure projects: maintain Aconex, run transmittals and registers, enforce standards, support team training and troubleshooting, drive quality through audits, and coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance and document accuracy.

Lead multi-year strategic consenting programmes for Auckland's water and wastewater infrastructure. Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks and governance; coordinate engineers, planners and consultants; lead stakeholder and iwi engagement; develop consenting strategies, business cases and procurement; and ensure transition from consent acquisition to operational compliance and long-term outcomes.

Carry out drainage maintenance: unblock and clean pipes with high-pressure jetting and vacuum loading, maintain pump stations, perform civil repairs and manhole replacements, use CCTV to diagnose faults, respond to urgent call-outs, and engage professionally with customers while following health and safety practices.

Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing communications and behaviour-change campaigns, produce customer-facing collateral and digital content, manage customer touchpoints, support investor relations with Finance, and champion the Watercare brand. Role covers campaign planning, budget management, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement for a six-month fixed-term maternity cover.

Manage fixed asset accounting for large water infrastructure: capitalisations, disposals, depreciation, impairments, revaluations, fixed asset register integrity, WIP reporting, audit support, budgeting/forecasting, and stakeholder guidance to ensure compliance and efficient reporting.

Lead Watercare's integrated communications, marketing and digital strategy. Oversee external/internal communications, reputation, crisis response, media, stakeholder engagement and executive advisement to protect and promote the organisation's narrative.
