Lead development of enterprise-wide driver-based cost models and value analysis to inform investment, forecasting, performance management and regulatory submissions. Translate operational and asset data into defensible financial insights, partner with stakeholders to validate cost drivers, baseline benefits, track savings, and improve forecasting and decision frameworks across the organisation.

Maintain and own integrity of programme schedules across projects and portfolios. Build and translate complex project data into clear schedule views, support monthly reporting updates, and coach teams on scheduling best practices to keep major civil infrastructure projects on track.

Lead the Growth and Development Improvement Programme on a two-year fixed-term contract. Design and deliver improvements to growth-related decisions, governance, digital experience, stakeholder engagement and processes. Manage programme scope, budget, risks, timelines and reporting, and advise executive leaders while building alignment across internal teams and external partners.

Provide end-to-end engineering support for water and wastewater development: review designs, approve Engineering Plan Approvals and connections, check compliance, manage asset acceptance, liaise with developers/council, and ensure construction meets Watercare standards.

Lead Watercare's engagement with major developers across Auckland, coordinate internal inputs, support consenting and funding agreements, track developments, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure developments align with water and wastewater planning and investment.

Lead geospatial data management, quality, governance and continuous improvement. Develop governance frameworks, automate workflows (Python, FME, ArcGIS), deliver complex spatial analysis and web maps, support field data capture, mentor staff, and collaborate across business units to improve decision-making and operational outcomes.

The Water Serviceperson will install and repair water pipes and mains, operate small machinery, and maintain water networks while providing customer service as part of a team.

Manage end-to-end delivery of capital design projects from concept to execution, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, procurement, risk, HSE, stakeholder engagement, and asset handover to operations.
