As our Manager, Design and Development you will lead 5+ direct reports and multiple global associates. Every day you will provide leadership and oversight of design and development projects, network and maintain internal and external relationships, and design and develop learning objectives and materials to improve competencies, skills and knowledge. To thrive in this role you must use project management skills, utilize critical thinking and consultancy skills, and provide coaching and professional development.
Here’s what you will experience working as a Manager, Design and Development:

Make personnel decisions, complete performance reviews, and facilitate employee growth.

Provide oversight of design and development projects including strategic initiatives, performance management, and consistent delivery of high-level learning services.

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodology to create effective learning solutions.

Evaluate current training programs and incorporate feedback from surveys, data, and KPIs to improve future programs and delivery methods.

Support process and workflows associated with the company Learning Management System (LMS) as well as other deployed technologies.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field OR 5 years of relevant work experience.

1-year supervisory experience.
-
Proficient knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design practices.

Demonstrated project management and organization skills.
-
Ability to build and promote positive working relations with customers.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $59,282.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
