We are seeking an operations manager to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do 

The Foundation’s Workforce Development Department (WDD) aims to ensure that all learners in California obtain the knowledge, skills, experiences, and networks needed to connect with meaningful work, expand career options, and increase economic and social mobility.

This position presents an exciting opportunity in support of our mission to bridge education and workforce development systems in California. The Manager, Workforce Development will play a pivotal role in managing talent acquisition, managing and leading professional development efforts, designing impactful department meetings and retreats, and facilitating the strategic planning process. This role is essential for sustaining and enhancing the quality and effectiveness of the department’s operations, ultimately supporting the promotion of equity and economic mobility for all learners. 

  •   Lead and manage Meeting and Retreats including managing meeting agendas and defining professional development opportunities for the team 

  •  Tracking and reporting on tactics, outcomes, and KPIs for the Strategic Plan and Road Map 

  •  Manage the quantitative and qualitative components of the quarterly reporting process

  •  Lead efforts to assimilate new team members in partnership

  •   Ability to coordinate the responsibilities of workgroups, and to communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences, in a variety of formats.

  •   Excellent project management, discussion facilitation and writing skills

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
