Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. 

With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships. 

It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love. 

About the role:

Regional Demand Planner is a key managerial position responsible for S&OP function within the region. Regional Demand Planner collaborates closely with Supply & Commercial function for the region. Role plays an essential role in the supply chain function by using analytical, marketing, and sales data of a company to effectively estimating future product demands and drive the demand planning process.

S/he will also play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of supply chain processes, leveraging existing and new platforms and tools to enhance planning capabilities for effective response to dynamic market environment

KRAs:

  • Manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with regions by balancing supply and demand
  • Work closely with region commercial team to provide accurate forecasts.
  • Create seamless flow of demand plan & deliver high level of customer service
  • Be an important stakeholder for commercial leaders to help delivering business growth while optimizing supply chain.

KPIs:

  • Forecast Accuracy
  • New product launches, tramlining, imports etc. Timely forecast closures in F1-F5 S&OP cycle
  • Out Of Stock control
  • Cross-functional alignment for Consensus building in S&OP meetings
  • Reconciliation of forecast vs. actuals & measurement (FA, Bias) Exception management (spikes/dips) in the month
  • System Adherence and Change Management
  • End-to-end ownership of demand plan
  • Mentoring junior planners or analysts O9 Adherence
